Growth99’s social get together in Bangalore has been the talk of the time recently. As Bangalore’s vibrant business city, Growth99 decided to host a two-day social get together for its employees. The first event was organized on 20th March 2023 at The Citrus Restaurant, Leela Palace in Bangalore. The event was a welcome break from the daily grind, providing employees with an opportunity to unwind, relax and socialize with their colleagues and foster happiness, teamwork, and cooperation.
As the guests arrived at the venue, they were greeted by a vibrant atmosphere filled with laughter, music, and conversation. The event began at around 1 pm in the afternoon with a delicious treat at lunch. The spread of food and drinks, included a variety of snacks, desserts, and beverages. The menu was carefully curated to cater to different tastes and preferences, ensuring that everyone had something to enjoy. Next up, for everyone on the table to develop a stronger sense of camaraderie and to get to know one another better personally, there was a quick round of lively introductions for first time joiners. The place had a fun, relaxed atmosphere that encouraged sharing of ideas and stories.
Everyone had come wearing their Growth99 t-shirts, which added unity and inclusiveness. A lot of people met each other for the first time in person, and really appreciated the togetherness. Our CTO emphasized that the event was an opportunity for people to connect, share ideas, and build meaningful relationships. People had a great experience sharing meaningful conversations about professional and personal lives.

After the huge success of their first day event conducted on 20th March 2023, a second gathering occurred on 21 March 2023. The air was filled with excitement and anticipation and all the Growth99 employees and coworkers enthusiastically joined in to celebrate togetherness.
On a pleasant morning at 9 am everyone gathered at the venue, The Trinity Square, Taj Hotel, MG Road. The event, hosted by Growth99, was to recognize the valuable contributions that each employee puts to the organization, and to provide a great opportunity for team-building and inclusiveness.
Event started off with a great breakfast which consisted of delicious south indian dishes like Dosa, Idli and other delicacies. The ambience was stunning and the get together was full of fun, and the vibes were flowing all around. Everyone was enjoying the warmth and vitality of the place. The employees eagerly participated in conversations which made the occasion even more special.
The highlight of the event was great conversations over delicious food and the photo booth. Soon after breakfast, they also had a customized cake with lots of memorable pictures on it to celebrate our CTO’s birthday. Everyone enjoyed taking pictures and the cake was absolutely tempting! During the get together celebration, everyone had an opportunity to talk about their own experiences, share stories, and grow closer to their co-workers. The entire event was full of lively conversations, memorable moments, and most importantly, lots of laughter.
The team at growth99 celebrated the social get together with great enthusiasm and excitement. Team members greeted each other with smiles. Each team member brought something unique, be it laughter or excellent hospitality. All exchanged laughs and stories, celebrated mere existence and shared insights with each other. While enjoying the delicacy of the delicious cake, people engaged in conversations and clicked pictures. The celebrant, our CTO, was overwhelmed by the grandeur of his colleagues to make his birthday special.
Through an event like this, Growth99’s team members were able to strengthen their bond, connect, and socialize with each other. Such events create a supportive and comfortable work-life balance, build relationships and aid in smooth functioning and progress of the workplace.
While Leaving, in the afternoon at 12.30 pm, all the employees recapped the success of this get together while our CTO thanked them for their contributions to the company. It was the perfect way to recognize each other’s achievements and celebrate our CTO’s birthday. Growth99 is proud to create such an event and take its employee engagement program to the next level.
