Team building activities are an essential aspect of any organization as they help build trust, improve communication, and encourage teamwork, which ultimately leads to increased productivity and better results. On Saturday, April 15, 2023, Growth99 organized an adventure meet at Sunny’s World Resort in Pune, which was attended by all the Local onboarding and support team members.Team leads of the support team and onboarding team from Bangalore joined in as well.

Everyone had a great time together, got to know each other, and had a chance to relax while working on communication and cooperation skills during the event. A great breakfast was served to get everyone in the mood for the day ahead as everyone arrived at the site at 9:30 am.

The adventure activities began at 10 am in the morning, and the participants engaged in a variety of adventure sports. Everyone had a great time trying out new things and stepping outside of their comfort zones with the help of the trained guide who was on hand to coach them through the various activities. Some of the activities that were a part of adventure sports included trampolining, Rifle shooting, Hope rope course, Zip line, Darts, etc.

Everyone took a break to savor a delectable lunch after engaging in adventure sports for a few hours. It was an excellent opportunity for everyone to refuel before the next set of activities. Following lunch, everyone participated in team-building exercises in which they collaborated to perform a variety of tasks and difficulties. The evening was catered with high tea and snacks at around 5 pm, when everyone talked about their participation in different activities.

The occasion gave the employees a great chance to mingle and forge bonds while having fun. The Growth99 Adventure Meet in Pune was an excellent example of how team building exercises can assist to develop relationships and teamwork. In conclusion, these activities made for a fun-filled day.
